Our Beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. This means that our cattle eat a forage based diet consisting of a mix of seasonal forages consisting of grasses, legumes, forbs, and even root vegetables that we plant to enhance our soils. We use no sub-therapeutic antibiotics or growth hormones.
