Product Returns 

We take pride in producing the highest quality meats possible. Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, we cannot accept returns once they leave our farm. Maintaining the integrity of the cold chain is critical, and once the product is out of our control, we can no longer ensure its safety for resale.

If you aren’t pleased with the quality of your meats, please contact us so that we can work with you to make it right.

For non perishable items, we will accept returns ONLY in the event of a product defect.
