The 1/16 Beef Package Contains 25 lbs of Shirttail's Dry Aged Grassfed beef including:
- 15 lbs Ground Beef
- 6 lbs Roasts (Chuck Roast, Brisket Roast, Rump Roast, or Sirloin Tip/Picahna (varies based on availability)
- 5 lbs Premium Steaks (a happy mix of Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin and TenderloinFilet)
All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We use NO GRAIN EVER. Our cattle thrive on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
