The tail end of the Beef Tenderloin, extremely tender and versatile - cook as a steak or chop it up for beef tips! Each tail is approx. .3-.4 lbs, typically you will receive approx. 3 to reach 1 lb.

All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We use NO GRAIN EVER! Our cattle thrive on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
