Osso Bucco aka Cross Cut Shank is one of the most underrated cuts on the cow! Throw these babies in the crock pot for a slow roast. Great for folks that want to roast some beef but don't want to commit to a larger roast cut. The added bonus is that the marrow in the shank bone adds a richness to your broth that will get you hooked!
