(Approx 80% Grassfed Ground Beef, 20% Ground Grassfed Liver/Heart with 3:1 ratio of liver to heart) - each package contains approx 3.2 oz of organ meat.

This is our "gateway" organ meat. Great if you're not a fan of eating straight organs but still want to incorporate them into your diet! Approx 1 lb pack. Great for burgers, chili, tacos, meatloaf, or just brown with salt and eat with a spoon...you name it! Fat % varies but is generally leaner than our ground beef.

All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We use NO GRAIN EVER! Our cattle thrive on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
