Contains 25 lbs of Shirttail's Dry Aged Grassfed beef including:
- 15 lbs Grassfed Caveman Blend (85% Ground Beef, 15% Liver/Heart)
- 5 lbs Grassfed Roasts (Chuck Roast, Brisket Roast, Sirloin Tip/Picanha, Tri-Tip, and/or Round Steak (varies based on availability)
- 5 lbs Grassfed Premium Steaks (a happy mix of Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, and Tenderloin Filet)
All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We use NO GRAIN EVER. Our cattle thrive on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
