This is our "gateway" organ meat. Great if you're not a fan of eating straight organs but still want to incorporate them into your diet! Great for burgers, chili, tacos, meatloaf, or just brown with salt and eat with a spoon...you name it! Fat % varies but is generally leaner than our ground beef.

Approximately 80% Grassfed Ground Beef, 20% Ground Grassfed Liver/Heart with a 3:1 ratio of liver to heart. Each package contains approximately 3.2 oz of organ meat. Approximately 1 pound pack.

All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We use NO GRAIN EVER! Our cattle thrive on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
