Beef tips and gravy is what these were made for! They’re cut from tenderloin tails, so you sear them hot, build your gravy in the same pan, and slide them back in to warm through... no hour on the stove. Spoon it over mashed potatoes or egg noodles and call it supper. Each pack is about 12oz.

All of our beef is 100% Grassfed and Finished. We us NO GRAIN EVER. Our cattle grow on a forage based diet just like they have evolved to do.
